With thanksgiving and intention let us focus on the simple things in life.  Think about the nourishing provisions God has given us through His creation, through nature.  God has designed our bodies with an innate ability to heal when given the right ingredients and environment.

Life has become so complex, from technology to the crazy busy lives we lead; it is important to stay connected with the nourishing provisions God has given us through nature.  May you find satisfaction and contentment in the simple acts and in His glorious provisions.

Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.Romans 12:1-2
